During fitness classes, we focus on full body strengthening exercises and balance. Imagine this as a supervised gym. Classes run 55 minutes and are done with a few workout stations that everyone does as well as many exercises that are customized to meet your personal goals. I am happy to adjust exercises to meet your needs, all you have to do is let me know.

​​Classes are $35 per session, or buy a 4-pack for $120. No need to do classes sequentially if you purchase a pass, however classes will no longer be offered after June 28, 2025.
